What We Expect

University degree or equivalent, several years of experience in application, implementation or sale of complex IT-systems, preferably with industrial software applications. Extensive knowledge in the area of quality and/or production management preferable but not necessary. All CAQ AG Factory Systems employees participate regularly in extensive QM-related intensive training sessions conducted by GFQ Akademie GmbH. Very good command of English, spoken and written, is essential. In addition to possessing a friendly appearance and self-confident manner, we value flexibility, team spirit, and communication skills. You should be ready to act on behalf of our customers and our company in general as well as enjoy travel.

Do you impress customers with your professional manner? Can you inspire excitement in customers? Do you have a good instinct for customer needs? Ideally, you should already possess established sales experience and are able to demonstrate your sales success with IT-products that require clarifications. We expect solid IT-knowledge, as well as technical expertise and a work ethic that yields results. Do you handle pressure well? Do you possess self-confidence in sales matters and presentations? You will work in the area of sales, take care of interested parties and established customers without supervision, and are responsible for expanding our customer base. If you distinguish yourself with your good business sense, analytical skills, and pragmatic work ethic, and enjoy working with people we look forward to receiving your application!
