Revision of DIN EN ISO 9001

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has been revising the ISO 9001 standard and the revised document is due to be published end of September 2015. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Horst Quentin from our partner company GFQ Akademie GmbH has composed a technical contribution regarding this matter in which he introduces and explains the most important changes in the new ISO 9001:2015. This paper allows you to gain invaluable insights into the new structure and the new process orientation of the upcoming version of ISO 9001, and better understand the increased importance the standard now puts on risk management.
