Let us explain to you the often complex ins and outs of contemporary quality management in an easy to understand manner via cutting-edge CAQ software solutions. The seminars are free of charge. We look forward to welcoming you to our Quality Excellence Days on one of the following dates:

Within this year’s Quality Excellence Days we will be focusing on the PDCA cycle as an example of a systematic problem solving process. In our seminars we will be displaying precisely how it can be put into practice via a CAQ system in order to increase quality and eliminate unnecessary cost factors.

All seminars are divided into two blocks with a catered lunch break in between them. The first block commences with an introduction of tools for implementing ISO 21747 and conducting systematic risk evaluations in accordance with ISO 14971. In the next part of the first block, we will be addressing the CAPA principle and explaining how it facilitates an efficient identification and tracking of complaints and deviations from standards and how it fits in with inspection monitoring, revisions, and change management.

After lunch, the second block of the seminar commences with an introduction of important aspects regarding quality-related process visualizations. In this part of the seminar we explain how comprehensive process models can be introduced and maintained in your company and how they can be designed in a logical and ergonomic manner in order to ensure that they are truly “lived” by your employees.

The final part of the seminar addresses the topic of employee qualification. It includes the planning and monitoring of qualification measures as well as the assessment of your employees’ knowledge level and the implementation and organization of consequent training measures.
