Awarding Excellence – Precision Mechanics I System Technology

Out of our more than 1,200 customers, Ossenbrüggen was one of the few companies, that came out on top in this year`s award process:

Our jury was particularly impressed by the described increases in employee involvement and employee satisfaction. To learn that the use of CAQ.Net in areas such as inspection data acquisition, gauge management, or document handling led to such a high level of employee involvement in the company-wide quality management efforts, is evidence of an accepted and practiced system whose implementation more than deserves this award.

In the course of digitalization, numerous smaller individual solutions were replaced by CAQ.Net. The aim was to standardize processes, create transparency and sustainably increase efficiency. The introduction of the new CAQ system began during the challenging Corona period – a situation that was mastered excellently thanks to the close and professional cooperation with the CAQ project manager.

In around 1.5 years and with an impressive commitment of around 2,000 hours by the dedicated key users and specialist managers at Ossenbrüggen, a total of 14 CAQ modules were successfully implemented. An important milestone on the way to a consistently digitalized and future-proof quality landscape that has created a high level of employee involvement and acceptance.
