Quality Excellence Award for AT&S
Among the 16 companies that we are honouring this year with the Quality Excellence Award is AT&S from Leoben in Austria, which uses our CAQ solution in an exemplary manner in the areas of complaints, audits, inspection equipment and, in particular, LIMS.

Awarding Excellence - AT&S in Leoben
Out of our more than 1,200 customers, AT&S was one of the few companies that came out on top in this year`s award process:
The expert integration of CAQ.Net into the companys ERP and incorporation of the MES using OpenAPI particularly impressed our jury. Especially against the background of the complicated production process around printed circuit boards, we are pleased that the highly professional use of CAQ.Net software contributes to better data accuracy and faster decision-making.”

CAQ Software in the Laboratory
At AT&S, CAQ.Net is used intensively as a deeply networked LIMS in the laboratory:
CAQ AG´s software was evaluated in 2018 as a replacement for various quality-relevant Lotus Notus workflows. At the same time, it was also decided to replace the old (MS Access-based) system for the laboratories at the Leoben-Hinterberg site with a LIMS from an external manufacturer. It quickly became clear that this would be an excellent synergy if the new LIMS was also mapped in CAQ. After a brief evaluation by the laboratory, the project was launched in fall 2018.
For AT&S, CAQ.Net was Particularly Convincing Due to...
- the modular structure and the resulting possibilities for networking the module functions
- the possibility of combining all laboratory-related data in one database
- the very flexible design of the module Compact.Net, which made it possible to accommodate a large number of different laboratory requirements in the same system
- the excellent project support and the in-depth knowledge of the supporting consultants
- the options for connecting existing systems and the data import and export functions
