For our jury, the expert handling of complaints management processes stood representative for the exemplary use of our CAQ.Net software solutions in the company. In addition to the consolidation of four channels of incoming complaints, the standardization of complaint processing, and the ability to evaluate the global volume of complaints, we were particularly pleased that our software has created a holistic solution that inspires all employees and, last but not least, in which procedures are standardized and all information can be entered centrally in one place. The fact that this has enabled the company to initiate projects relating to 70% of complaints worldwide and prevent them occurring in the future underlines the high level at which our solutions are used in the company.

Quality Inspection

The use of Compact.Net has simplified inspection plans through family inspection plan structures, digital availability, and product performance evaluation options, as well as certificate creation for each product. The consolidation of various systems (paper, MS Excel, testing machine system) with interfaces and automatic data transfer saves time during the inspection process and increases transparency.

Training Management

Thanks to Qualify.Net, the company was able to create an overview that was previously impossible. Activity qualifications, document training, and all forms of safety instruction are transparently consolidated in one system and combined with training planning and training tracking.

Complaint Management

With REM.Net, four complaint channels were consolidated in the CAQ software, thereby standardizing the processing method. This enabled the automated evaluation of complaints received worldwide.
